 Marie-Louise Crompton brings nearly two decades of expertise in enhancing teams and leadership performance, collaborating with FTSE100 executives to drive impactful transformation programs through their people.


Her deep commitment to sustainable high performance is grounded in pioneering research within the in-house legal community—a foundation she leverages as a certified high-performance coach and facilitator of comprehensive development programs.


Having held leadership roles at Johnson & Johnson during a time of complex transformational change, Marie-Louise has honed her skills in people leadership, strategic implementation and change management. 


Her MBA strengthens her strategic and business acumen and combines with her genuine care for people. Marie-Louise’s work inspires professionals to lead fulfilling careers and craft lives they love while fostering exceptional outcomes for their organisations.

Alex Greenwood

Alex Greenwood is a highly experienced facilitator and coach with a proven track record of driving meaningful change across organisations of all sizes and sectors. From FTSE 100 multinationals to startups, governments, and universities in over 40 countries, Alex has worked with clients at all levels, including c-suite leaders, teams, and emerging talent.


As a certified coach and team coach, Alex is proficient in a range of facilitation methodologies. His expertise in behavioural change enables him to guide organisations through successful change, creating lasting impact. By blending primary research, behavioural assessment and dynamic group facilitation, Alex empowers individuals and teams to elevate their performance to new heights.


With a background in science and engineering, including a master’s degree focused on process improvement, Alex offers clients an alternative perspective that is both analytical and empathetic.
